All orders are shipped UPS Next Day Delivery. Your package should arrive before 12 PM the next day.

All products are professionally packed in temperature controlled packaging to protect contents. 

Cut to order coral requires 1 - week to heal before shipping.

Shipments are dropped off at the shipping facility as late as possible on the shipping day to ensure minimal time outside the tank. 

What will it cost to ship?

Shipping costs include shipping box, insulated cooler, and heat or cold packs as needed. 

Shipping rates depend on location but generally fall between $30 - $50 per order.

Do you offer Local Pick-Up?

Absolutely! We welcome visitors to our facility. 

Local pick-up by appointment only. Please call/text us at 908-809-8981 or send us an email at offshoreaquatics.co@gmail.com to schedule a pick up time after checkout.

When checking out your order, select “local pickup”.

We guarantee that your purchase will be alive upon delivery. In rare cases of livestock is dead on arrival (DOA), we must be notified within 2 hours of delivery on the same day of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the packaging and item. Item must not be opened in original packaging. We will provide a resolution through the form of a replacement or store credit.
